Critical repairs including but not limited to: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, Foundation, Accessibility issues in excess of $10,000, Carpentry. Funding and labor provided on a repayment basis.

Clients: Homeowners, income between 30%-60% of the median income for the county.

 

Qualifications: Applicant must own the home, meet low-income standards, be current on taxes, no crimes of sexual nature, must be principle residence in Alliance. Selected partners will complete our financial literacy courses, and repay the loan with terms not to exceed 10 years.

Special consideration of no repayment available to applicants over 65 years old, while funding is available.
